Hope's Multi-site Initiative
Who would have imagined that a passionate, loving group of people would outgrow a brand new beautiful building in just three years? And yet, here we are. As a church averaging over 5,000 in attendance each weekend, it's obvious that God continues to prepare us to make room for still one more. One more person. One more family. One more marriage. And as long as there is one more waiting, we'll make room.
Yet as more and more attendees drive 30 minutes or more to church each weekend, that presents its own challenges. For to be truly effective, the local church needs to be local, so that the people you see at church are also the people you see at the grocery store, at school functions, at soccer games.
So, what if Hope came to where you are? What if reaching out to one more and making room for one more meant being one committed, passionate church in more than one location? That's a multi-site church.

So what is a multi-site church exactly? It's one church meeting in multiple locations with each campus sharing the
same leadership, budget, vision, beliefs and DNA. United under the Hope name, each campus is a fully-
functioning extension of the other with a single-minded aim---to reach people with the life-changing message of the
Gospel and help them become fully devoted followers of Christ.
Campus Staff & Volunteers
Each campus will be a fully functioning congregation with a staff consisting of a campus pastor, worship leader,
student ministries pastor, and KidCity director. In addition, adult small groups will be a huge part of each campus
experience, as will a host of volunteers and volunteer opportunities to help the new campuses operate just
as dynamically and successfully as our current location.
Weekly Services
Weekly services at the new campuses will feature a main message videocast from our Raleigh location, with the
services themselves hosted by their respective campus pastors and a team of musicians and singers.
