To request the use of a room or gathering area for an event at Hope, please submit the following info.You will then be contacted by our Facilities Manager, Mike Occhipinti, to confirm the availability of your request. Please note that rental fees do not apply to in-house Hope ministry events.

This form is only to reserve Hope's facilities for your event.  For event promotion, please fill out the Promotions Request Form.
