Children's Ministry

I’m Laura Lee, the Director of Children’s Ministry (birth through 5th grade) at Hope Community Church.

Because children are important at Hope Community Church, we strive to provide excellent educational programs and childcare. Our goal is to instill a life-long love for Jesus by offering fun, exciting Bible studies to children of all ages. We teach kids about Christ’s love — the most exciting lesson they will ever learn — in a way that doesn’t leave them bored beyond belief.

What you’ll find in KidCity at Hope Community Church is fun … or, more rightly, FUN! From infants being rocked to fourth and fifth graders rocking along to songs about Jesus, this is the place to be for weekend church! You'll find:

• Starry Streets - our nursery for infants, crawlers and walkers.
• Splash Harbor - a safe and fun environment for our 2’s, 3’s, 4’s and 5’s.
• Action Alley - an exciting atmosphere for K/1st grades, 2nd/3rd grades and 4th/5th grades.
       

All KidCity classes run during each of the weekend worship services. When your child arrives, they will be greeted by one of our children’s ministry volunteers. These leaders have completed an extensive orientation and training program, have been carefully screened and are committed to the safety of your child. A computerized process makes it quick, simple and safe to check your children into their classrooms upon arrival.
