Next Steps is also the place to go when you’re looking to take a next step in your relationship with Jesus. Whether it’s baptism, small groups, serving, or signing up for a class, our Next Steps team is there to help guide you through the process.

We’re so excited you’ve decided to put your trust in Jesus! That’s amazing!! This is a new beginning for you, and there’s a good chance you’re thinking, “What now?” Well…we’re here for you.

Even though we are in a season of social distancing, we don’t have to walk the journey alone. If you are looking for community, we want to help you find others to connect intentionally with and help you discover ways to overcome isolation.

Start a Small Group: You don’t have to be an expert to start a group, just a commitment to follow Jesus and willingness to follow some basic training we offer.
Starting Point: Starting Point On-Demand is an On-Demand experience for those who are new to faith or exploring faith to find resources to help you with your questions. The On-Demand experience takes about 45 minutes to complete, includes an interview with Mike Lee and Gary Vet on some common questions people have about faith, and some next steps to help you continue to grow. Discovery: Do you have questions about Hope Community Church, its mission, vision or how to get involved? Then Discovery is for you! Discovery is the place to ask questions and learn all about Hope. We are offering Discovery in-person and online! Visit gethope.net/discovery for dates, times and registration.
Finding Your Next Step
Everyone’s faith journey looks a little (or a lot!) different. Here are some of the ways to take a next step in your faith.
Discover
Discover is a class all about Hope—our mission, vision, beliefs, and ways to get connected. It’s a great next step whether you’re new to faith, new to Hope, or ready to become a mission partner.
Small Groups
At Hope, our mission is to love people where they are and encourage them to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. We believe this happens best in a small group environment. Both online and in-person groups are available, depending on your location and comfort level.
Classes
We want to come alongside you and encourage you to learn and grow! A great way to do that is through the classes we offer throughout the year.

Serving
One of the most important steps in growing your faith is finding the place where God has called you to serve. There are many areas where you can serve at Hope, online or in person.
Baptism
Baptism is an outward expression of an inward decision to follow Christ. At Hope we celebrate baptisms on the fourth Sunday of every month. Visit our baptism page and schedule a time to meet with one of our pastors about baptism.
Giving
Giving is a response to God’s generosity toward us. At Hope we believe in giving generously—we believe that this is an act of worship and should never feel forced. We don’t pass an offering plate, but we offer a variety of options for giving through our church to spread the gospel and help grow the Kingdom of God.
