We have many opportunities to get involved and support the Raleigh Operations teams. Our mission is to Love God, Follow Jesus, and Share Hope, and we can’t do it without you. The Safety and Medical Teams play a critical role in creating a safe and welcoming space where people can encounter Jesus. Right now, we urgently need your help to keep things running smoothly.
Whether you have a security background/mindset or are knowledgeable in the medical field, or just have a heart to serve, your skills can make a big difference. Join us today and be part of something bigger—helping our community experience the hope of Christ!
Urgent + Specific Needs At Raleigh Campus
- Sunday evenings (5:30-8:30pm). HSM Ministry. Monitor the building while the high school students are present for Small Groups and monthly Worship Nights
- Tuesday evenings (5:30-8:30pm). Youth in Foster Care (LINKS). Monitor the building while foster care youth receive support/develop skills to become successful adults.
- Wednesday evenings (5:30-8:30pm). YAM Nights. Monitor the building while young adults gather to build community that encourages them to grow in following Jesus.

Be an essential part of fostering a safe environment at Hope’s Raleigh campus during the week, weekend services, and events. As a Safety Team Member, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our campus and safeguarding the well-being of our guests. Your responsibilities include providing security throughout the campus and being prepared to respond to emergencies and protect attendees at Hope events. We’re seeking individuals who are 18 years or older, dedicated to maintaining a safe environment, and willing to contribute their time and skills to our community.

Facilities Volunteer Roles
Are you someone who loves to fix things, paint walls, and bring a fresh touch to spaces? Join our Facilities team as a Handyman/Maintenance Volunteer! You’ll have the chance to assist with small projects, tackle minor repairs, and add a splash of color with your painting skills. As part of our team, you’ll contribute to creating a welcoming environment for all. Whether you can spare a few hours a week or want to jump in on specific projects, we have flexible scheduling options to suit your availability. Your attention to detail will help create an environment where people feel at ease and valued, just like when we prepare our home for guests.
