Giving is a response to God’s generosity toward us
Giving should not feel forced. It’s an act of worship. At Hope we believe in giving generously. We don’t pass an offering plate, but we offer a variety of options for giving.
Ways to Give
The GetHope App
At Hope, you’ll notice that we don’t pass an offering plate. The last thing we want to do is make you feel uncomfortable or pressured to give. In order to give your tithes and offerings during our weekend services, please use one of the offering boxes outside the doors of the auditorium. You’re welcome to contribute checks and cash via the offering boxes. If you’d prefer to use an envelope, they can be requested at the Guest Services kiosk.
Text to Give
To donate, text Hope, a space, and amount to 74483. Example: if you would like to donate $5, you would text Hope $5. The system will prompt you for your next step.
If you have a SecureGive account and are donating through Text to Give for the first time – you will receive a text contacting a link to login to your SecureGive account OR create a new account through SecureGive.
After your first transaction through Text to Give – your SecureGive account and card information will be recognized automatically and you will simply confirm your transaction.
After logging into your account and saving card information, you will receive a message to confirm the transaction by replying “Y”. Once you confirm, you will receive a text letting you know the transaction was successful and will also receive an email receipt.

To donate stock, contact one of our brokers – Adams Financial or Wells Fargo Advisors. They will be able to assist you with the transaction and any specific questions you may have.

How can I view my contributions?
- Log into gethope.infellowship.com
- Click on Profile at the top right of the screen
- Click on History and then click on search.
- Change the Start date to January 1, 2017
If you are creating an account please give up to 24 hours to see your contributions.
For current account holders please contact email@example.com with any issues.
How do I update/change/stop my online recurring giving?
- Log into SecureGive
- To make changes to your recurring donations, click Manage Recurring
- To make a change to your name, click your name at the top right of the screen and click on Account Information.
- To stop your recurring, giving click Manage Recurring then Delete
Missing Contributions – I don’t see my cash, check or stock contributions
Your online giving account, SecureGive, only shows online donations. You will need to access your HCC giving account at gethope.infellowship.com to see your total giving.
If you’ve given stock, please contact the Accounting Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a statement. Stock gifts do not appear on the InFellowship statement at this time; they must be manually created.
My online donation failed, but I know I have enough credit/funds in my account. What can I do about this?
Large donations can sometimes trigger an alert on your account. Contact your financial institution to verify your daily transaction limit and request an adjustment to complete your donation.
